APPOINTMENTS:

• ​All appointments are by appointment only. 

• No extra guests are permitted unless the client receiving service is a minor. 

• Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.

LATE POLICY:

• A $25 late fee will be applied after 10 minutes.

• After 15 minutes, the appointment will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited. 

• Late arrivals may result in shortened services depending on the schedule.

DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS:

• A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to secure ALL appointments. 

• Deposits are applied towards your total service.

• Remaining balance is due the day of your scheduled appointment.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING:

• Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

• One rescheduled appointment is permitted within 48 hours' notice based of availability.

• Same-day cancellations or no-show result in loss of deposit.

• A new deposit is required to rebook after a no-show or same-day cancellation.

• Additional fees will apply for excessively tangled hair.
